The contact form collects your name, email address, telephone number, subject and message. Please do not include sensitive personal data in your initial message.
Purpose and lawful basis
We use this data solely to receive, manage and respond to your enquiry and, where requested, to take steps before a possible engagement. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to communications and, where applicable, on taking pre-contractual steps at your request.
Recipients and security
Data is accessible only to the controller and essential website-hosting and email providers acting as processors. The form is delivered through Web3Forms (Web3Creative), which processes submission data on our behalf. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, Web3Forms states that it uses appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without separate, freely given consent.
Retention
Messages we receive are retained only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, as a general rule, for up to 12 months after the last related communication, unless an engagement begins or a legal obligation requires longer retention. Web3Forms states that submission data is retained for up to three years, unless a shorter period applies to the relevant plan or the data is deleted earlier.
